I had aloooot of versions on this, and about 19 layers total XD, so I spent my time, came out good tho, I kind of like it.

EDIT: now at 21 layers

Fabulous bg, and alround great banner. The Kelly render could have had a bit more of a contrast though, as it seems just a bit dull.
