The render looks a bit low quality. BG looks ok, but the blending is not so good. You should have maybe done the mosaic tiles over the render aswell to blend it in a bit better. Also I feel the text up the top might have looked better if it were red with a black stroke, rather than the other way around. But overall good effort.

But hmm i like the BG, text is pretty bad when you add a stroke set it as outside, the cut is ok but lack's effect's.
