i dont like the text, so help for that would be good

That is a really nice looking baner, I like the whole overall look of it. The Angle render could do with maybe a blur layer or two though.
If you tell me which program you are using i might be able to help you with text.

Well first of all i tink that text you used was not meant to be made that big, as it has become pixelated. Secondly you can stroke your text by Alpha to selectioning it then create a transparent layer under you it, and while on the transparent layer go to edit>stroke, and give it a 1 pixel stroke. And thirdly, you can add a gradient to your text by Alpha to Selectioning it and using the gradient tool, add a gradient with the colours of your choice.

Really good, very nice, the text does suck yes. Maybe something less, pixalated.
