Carnage/Venom request

May someone make me a banner featuring Carnage and Venom. Size in the MAXIMUM of 400 by 175.
With the text somewhere along the lines of

WH GW Mod
The Edgecution
Your Personal Nirvana

And the name of each character in their corner. With the one on the left's name in the top left corner and the one of the right in the bottom right.

If a moving rain effect could be added then I would LOVE it.

Thank you for whoever chooses to do this and I will rep whoever does it anytime I can.

I'll try it for you, but sorry I can't do animations, so no rain effect.
Edit: I was quite happy with this one.
