That is F'n awesome. The whole banner looks really official and everything seems to fit. The only thing I have a queery with is the glow of the text.

I can not seriosly pick any fault on that what so ever, I feel that the glowing text fits in and everything else on the banner fits perfectly, that banner is so awesome I will give my first ever 10/10 nice job.

The mosaic tiles style was all over the net, i had to have one of those lol, i can't take them out cuz i merged layers and then save it as a PSD so i can't edit it.
