PHOTOSHOP ALT?
Im looking for a free photoshop alternative that does the same thing with getting pics with other pics.

Dont post GIMP or Picasa(they dont do that)

Move to GFX Section if in wrong place.

Otherwise there's the fore mentioned Paint.NET and SUMO Paint

If you're insistent on not using GIMP and hate all of these you're SOL
