This piece is good, but it's also generic. I'd advise doing the overlay thing, which i assume you know how to do. The cuts themselves aren't brilliant, PSD dreams can be somewhat bad sometimes. All the same, good piece. I think you should use brushes around the background, and try experimenting with Stock Photos to enhance your backgrounds. The text needs to be bolder; Black = Boring. Try maybe a white, and go to dafont.com and just download a ton of kick ass fonts. Hope i helped.
