I had a go at this Flip... Good tutorial as well.

btw, I just realized, but the images I have uploaded on here have both been Jeff Hardy

Very nice tutorial. Very well explained and nice and neat. End Result is good but I think his body is a little to blended in comparison with the title. However it is still a great tut dude.
