After that, Dutt blindsided Lethal by attacking him thus turning him heel in the process. The two faced off in two matches first at Victory Road, where Dutt defeated Lethal in a grudge match and the second at Hard Justice, in a Brawl n' Chain tuxedo match that Lethal won. At No Surrender, Val turned on Lethal and assisted Dutt in winning a "Ladder of Love" ladder match.
On September 19, he teamed up with Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin to challenge Último Guerrero, Atlantis, and Negro Casas for the CMLL World Trios Championship at the company's 75th Anniversary show. In the end, they were unable to defeat the reigning champions

Kingston and Castagnoli were involved in an anticlimactic feud against the Dynasty (Joey Ryan and Scott Lost), which began when they interfered in a match between the Dynasty and the Briscoe Brothers. A match for the PWG World Tag Team Championship was booked between the two teams twice in a row, but Kingston missed both shows. Soon after missing his second event, Kingston's name was removed from the roster page.
On August 30, 2008 Eddie returned to PWG for All Star Weekend VII where he competed in a 4 Way for the PWG World Title on Night 1 where he was pinned by the defending champion Chris Hero, following the match Kingston assulted Hero and they had to be pulled apart by PWG officials. On Night 2 Eddie was defeated by the Necro Butcher, after the match Kingston thanked the fans for having him back after his no-shows.
On April 11, 2008, Kingston no-showed a scheduled event, thus causing owner Ian Rotten to strip him of the title
Kingston next appearnce would come on March 14, 2008 when he showed up in the audience during a match involving The Vulture Squad vs. Austin Aries and Bryan Danielson. During the match, Kingston harassed Ruckus, a member of The Vulture Squad in ROH and Kingston's stable mate in BLK OUT in other promotions, and claimed he'd be in Philadelphia on March 16, 2008 during Ring of Honor's PPV taping of Take No Prisoners. During the non-PPV portion of the show, Kingston, Sabian and Robbie Morino of BLK OUT got into a brawl with Jigsaw and Julius Smokes of The Vulture Squad, while Ruckus tried to restrain both factions.
In June it was announced that BLK OUT was planning on disrupting ROH's pay-per-view taping, Respect Is Earned II, on June 7. The Vulture Squad responded with Jigsaw challenging Kingston to face him in a match. Kingston appeared with BLK OUT, but failed to defeat Jigsaw, while Ruckus again tried to calm down both of his stables
Kingston has recently had a string of missed shows for several different companies, including CHIKARA, his home promotion. This has prompted fans into speculating on events that are happening in his personal life, which may or may not be the cause of it all. After being stripped of his belt in IWA Mid-South, Ian Rotten told the crowd that Kingston was "going through some personal problems," but that he was welcome back to the promotion once he got his act together. It has been stated by Kingston in his promo for the CHIKARA event "Grit & Glory" that he lost his sobriety and as such, took a leave of absence. He has since returned to active competition for CHIKARA. He has also become a regular in the New Jersey based, JAPW organization. Kingston participated in the 2008 Ted Petty Invitational which included a wild brawl with the Necro Butcher in the first round. Kingston has also been seen in the upstart company, Power and Glory Wrestling where he is embroiled in a feud with Brendan Michael Thomas and Ariel.

One decent at best match for Sonjay all year really has been used as small X-Division fodder compared to Kingston who hasn't done much either but has the versatility to back it up. Kind of a lack luster match but in this one, I'd side with Kingston.

Worst match so far, from what I understand Kingston isn't that big in the indys or special, while Dutt has been mostly fodder he has at least done some good Dutt gets my vote To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. .
After Quack, Kingston is easily the biggest non-ROH signed indy name.
I vote Kingston. No real big reason, I'm pretty indifferent to this round as niether deserve to be here, but Kingston's work last year made me think higher of him, whereas my opinion of Dutt only fell.
