Currently there are no Tag Team Champions. On the May 8th edition of impact Hernandez and homicide attacked team 3D,Cage, and Rhino during their impromptu brawl backstage.
At Sacrifice, LAX won the vacant TNA World Tag Team Championship after defeating Team 3D in the "Deuces Wild Tournament". LAX lost the Titles at Hard Justice to Beer Money Inc. (James Storm and Robert Roode).
At the Second Final Resolution in 2008 both Hernandez and Homicide each captured a brief case from the feast or fired match which contained a TNA World title shot for Hernandez and an X Division Title Shot for Homicide.

This reignited the feud between the two, and they met in a Falls Count Anywhere match at One Night Stand, which Hardy won.
On June 23, 2008, Hardy was drafted from the Raw brand to the SmackDown brand, as a part of the 2008 WWE Draft. Hardy made his SmackDown debut on the July 4 edition of the show, defeating John Morrison. Hardy participated in the WWE Championship Scramble match at Unforgiven and also challenged for the Championship at No Mercy and Cyber Sunday, but failed to win each time. LAX haven't really done much, while Hardy has been in several title matches and won the WWE title, despite serving a suspension in the middle. He was one of the most entertaining wrestlers to watch in 2008 imo. Hardy wins.

As much as I hate the guy, there's very few people who has had a better year than Hardy (Off of the top of my head, Angle and maybe Jericho.)
Hardy started the year in the middle of the huge push. Even though he fucked it up insanely (Which I feel had he not been suspended, he would of been the clear cut winner), he managed to bounce back after a few months. And then, even after losing so much to Hunter, he managed to end the year off by winning the world title.
Unless Hardy finds himself against Nigel, Angle or Jericho, I see Hardy easily getting to the finals.

While Hernandez has done pretty well for himself getting a world title shot, Jeff easily beats him after being part of one of the most talked about feuds of the year and finally winning the WWE title.

Even with suspension Hardy has done so much more than Hernadez, If this time next year LAX has broken up then I could see Hernadez doing well in this tournement if it happens again.
Why this poll even exists is beyond me, the winner hear is obviously clear cut.
Jeff being in the main event, having world title matches, getting a nice push in midst of it all and FINALLY winning the world title does not compare to anything Hernandez has done in his career, tbh.

Yes, I have a GIF of two women kissing.
Yes, it's hot. Yes it's Megan Fox kissing another woman from Jennifer's Body. Yes, it's hot... owait, I already said that. Yes, I'm aware this makes me sound like a total lesbian. But this scene? UNF.
