Well the Knockouts are so overrated. I think the people say that division is good is mainly that it was good at the start. Now I don't see anything but silly characters like ODB running round contributing nothing. Christy Hemme getting a push... really? There is no way it is better than either WWE women's division, although it is close.
RAW's diva division SHOULD blow the others out the water. Beth, Melina and Mickie are all very talented and over in their roles, Katie Lea should be showcased more as she has obvious ability and a good character, Jillian is pretty decent. However, they just completely fail with booking and make it look like it means nothing.
The Smackdown divas division may not have the best talent, but it is booked the best. Maria, Maryse, McCool are nowhere near as talented as Mickie, Melina and Beth, yet the title is at least booked to look somewhat credible. They have done the McCool heel turn which is turning out pretty well, and it basically just seems like it means somthing. Kinda silly the way the Bellas own Victoria and Natalya all the time though. Natalya will surely be a future Champ.
I'm going with Smackdown, which is a disgrace considering the RAW talent.

Smackdown. EASILY.
Beth is in a feud with Melina apparently, but if you watched you wouldn't know. A few weeks ago, Melina says she'll get the title. A few weeks later she's in a match with Mickie while Beth gets saddled with Santino. The only good thing is Kelly =/, since she has a storyline. But that's totally outside the division so it can't count...
But with Smackdown, you actually have consistency. You have the growing feud of Michelle/Maria with Michelle making the eventual heel turn by showing signs of them not getting along, they get promos, match stuff, etc. It's actually built up.
With TNA.... it just.... doesn't make sense. Christy going after the title makes sense, but they haven't really built upon the feud between her and Kong enough. Attacks? Nope. Promos about it? Not really.

I voted the Diva's Division.
RAW easily has the most talented division. Mickie James, Melina, Beth Phoenix, etc. are some of the best female wrestlers in mainstream wrestling but unfortunately, it's booked terribly.
The Knockout's division pretty much sucks now with the exception of Kong and arguably, Taylor/ODB. The one thing the Knockouts have however besides being booked often is more character depth.
But all in all I will choose the Diva's division. I care more about this division than any other currently. SPOILERS~! the new champion is ftw and has improved loads. McCool is decent and besides Maria the worst wrestler in the division but still decent. The Bellas are entertaining, you have the veteran in Victoria and of course Natalya is ftw. It's hardly perfect however it captured my interest and hopefully is worked on a bit more to be made even better.

As far as match quality, probably Knockouts even if they have fallen alot since Kim's departure.
Overall, all of them are a waste of time. You want women's wrestling, watch SHIMMER imo...

But yeah in general I agree. They could and should be good, but I guess if WWE doesn't even care about the tag titles/IC title/US title, they are not going to give a shit about the women's belts.

It's aite, though not really the only source of half nakid women to visually molest.
True but it's still good to see. Especially if, like me, you find the divas infinitely hotter than celebrities. It's good when they can actually wrestle too of course, and they should be given more of a chance to do so, but to be honest I would never take an interest in most of TNA's knockouts, simply because they arn't hot.
