Cena and Orton would have faced 3 times in a row if Cena hadn't got injured last year before the Last Man Standing.
Undertaker and Edge fought four times in a row this year actually. Wrestlemania, Backlash, Judgment Day, One Night Stand. I imagine it is a fairly common thing.

I am going to leave this open, because it still allows room for discussion.
For example: Has anybody ever faced each other more than four times on PPV? Undertaker/Edge is the only feud I can think of in the last few years which has produced one on one World Title matches at four consecutive PPVs. I guess it was different back when PPVs were less frequent than one per month, so it is better to think of recent examples.

I do believe The Undertaker had a few fueds with other wrestlers for the WWE Champions 4 times or more. With guys like Stone Cold Steve Austin back in the attitude era, Brock Lesnar, and Triple H. But I can be wrong about this.
John Cena also had a long fued with Edge and Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship.
