I'm not sure where I'm going with this so I'm not sure how any of you can or will respond. I also couldnt think of a title, hence the title
As much as I hate to admit it, I used to be a big Hulk Hogan fan as a youngster. I'd always cheer for the face no matter what. I remember crying when Roddy Piper beat up Jimmy Snuka on Pipers Pit and when SGT. Slaughter turned on America to join the Iraq side. I remember cheering for Austin in his rivalry with McMahon, and how hard I marked when he used to drive a beer truck, a zamboni or a monster truck to the ring. I remember how much I cheered for every face wrestler of name value and supported everything they did. In fact I have even said before, that if 2006 was 1992, I'd have marked like a little school girl over Cena's long title run. However, now I have grown up and I find that I enjoy watching the heels more than I do the face wrestlers. I'm not even sure how this came to be. I dont know what it takes to pull off a good heel promo or the difference between " cheap heat", "earned heat", and " get the fuck out heat." To me, heat is heat, no matter how a person gets it. As I stated before, I enjoy watching the heel wrestlers more than the face wrestlers, but I dont mark out for a heel wrestler winning a match or a title. In fact I dont mark for anything. I could care less about a big return, a title switch or anything inbetween. I am pleased and displeased by the things I see, but it doesnt have that huge of an impact on me. I'm tend to look at wrestling from a business aspect I suppose. I look at storylines and angles and tend to analyze them more than anything. I'm not sure if Im a wrestling fan anymore, it just seems like Im more of a business fan as Im more interested in the backstage working of the wrestling industry, rather than what goes on in the ring.( yeah I didnt know how to say that sentence ) It seems like I'm not the only one either, the IWC seems full of people like me.

I made a similar thread quite a while back and I agree..
Growing up I used to love watching faces like Austin, Rock, Foley and the like and creamed my pants whenever they won. I just loved watching the product, regardless of whether it was shit or not, I was entertained, now I find myself, because of the internet, never being able to enjoy a single show to that same standard ever again. No matter how good a show is I can find some small aspect or segment I disliked to do it injustice. Heck if it wasn't for the internet I might be enjoying TNA right now, who knows?
I think it all just depends on how you let the internet affect you.
Personally, I don't think it's changed me much. I hated Triple H, Shawn Michaels and JR before becoming a member of the IWC and I still hate them. Meanwhile, I loved William Regal, Lance Storm and Chris Benoit before the IWC and I still love them (at least in terms of being a wrestler). The only time the IWC has effected how I felt about a wrestler is when people treat someone as if they're the son of Jesus, Tony Hawk and the pimp of 2 thousand hot hoes all wrapped up in one person. People like Chris Jericho and Edge being talked about too much just makes me annoyed by them. But I can't say I hate them.
As for not being entertained, I feel the longer you watch, the more you realize what you like and don't like. So it's easier to see things that you don't like and be upset that they'd waste your time instead of giving you something you do like.
