I would say the episode of RAW before InVasion, where the whole night had Austin sitting in the bar contemplating what to do, then you had Storm/Awesome vs Kane/Jericho tag match main event which just decended into a brawl between the two factions, which resulted in Austin coming out and just cleaning house to what is probably the biggest pop you will ever hear. Sure the Invasion angle got sour, but that was one of the biggest Mark The Fuck Out moments ever. Other nominations would be the RAW early in 2000, which revolved around the Radicalz turning on Mick Foley in great fashion, which then lead on to (what I remember as) a really great tag match, with an awesome atmosphere and the RAW which lead to ECW joining the invasion. Mostly for Heyman's incredible promo and atmosphere.
Yours?
