Blading has been around for decades and virtually every major star has done it on occasion. Typically when blading you need to remember 2 things A) Don't go too deep or hit an artery and B) Try not to let anyone see you blading. The Mass Transit Incident is a great example of when you don't follow rule letter A. As for letter B, while many men have gotten away with not being seen blading, some weren't so lucky.
What are some examples of blade jobs that was caught on camera?
I can remember watching No Way Out this year and in the Raw Elimination Chamber match, I saw the referee hand something to a fallen Chris Jericho. Less than a minute later, JBL comes in with a chair and hits everyone, including Jericho with the chair. To no surprise, Jericho started bleeding.

I don't really remember a time when I have seen someone blading, as in seen the blade itself. However, it is always pretty obvious when they are doing it. For example, when someone gets hit with something by the commentator's table and falls down next to it holding their face.

Off the top of my head, I would say Storm and Harris's blading during their death match was apalling. It was good at first, but then it just got ridiculous, especially when you consider the spot was only a catapult into the underside of a table.
Corino was pretty infamous for doing some nasty blade jobs, but you can't have a thread about blading and not mention the Muta Scale match. Muta just carved his face up so bad to the point where he face was literally a crimson mask.

I just saw that match on dailymotion (if I got the right one). Kind of hard to watch.

Another obvious one is William Regal vs Triple H. Near the end when Triple H is punching Regal in the head (Regal is in a sitting position), right in the middle of the punches, Triple H slides his hand across Regal's forehead.
The blading occurs after the first punch.
Then there's this fucker:

Yes, I have a GIF of two women kissing.
Yes, it's hot. Yes it's Megan Fox kissing another woman from Jennifer's Body. Yes, it's hot... owait, I already said that. Yes, I'm aware this makes me sound like a total lesbian. But this scene? UNF.
I remember one a long time ago (2000/01), I can't remember the match, but I remember Triple H was on his stomach and just blatently blading himself on the forehead.
Another one off the top of my head is in the Jarrett vs. Raven match in the first year of TNA. Though I didn't see no blading as such, I could see Raven pull out a blade kept under his wrist band, the fact that he just walked over to Jarrett and then walked away, seconds later to be revealed that Jarrett was bleeding was obvious it was a blade job.
