The two started off their careers in the WWF, and formed one of the most successful tag team in wrestling history, albeit somewhat 10 years and the two are still steaming with success, this time, as single superstars, and in competing organisations. Starting together, it's interesting to see how far they've got, both being World Heavyweight champion in seperate companies. Though their styles are very similar, who really is better of the two?
Edge is golden on the mic, he plays a great heel, though I'd say it's an overstatement to dub him as one of the greatest of all time. His in ring talent pretty much speaks for itself as he can pull of some good matches, no matter what the stip. Furthermore, he's oozed with charisma.
As for Christian, ever since he was handed the microphone he's been great, I find him entertaining to listen to, he works best a cocky heel, and he can equally back that the entertainment in the ring. Again, like Edge, he's oozed with charisma. He's by far of my favourite wrestlers in TNA right now.
Both are great all rounders, and its surprisingly quite difficult to draw a conclusion, of who really is better. I think their equally as good on the mic, and both have produced some quality matches in the past.
Cage is a midcarder for life who's been lucky enough to end up in a company with very few real main eventers. Due to the lack of stars, he's able to masquerade as a main eventer. He's decent in the ring, but not really special enough to write home about. The one plus about him is that he's semi good on the mic and has a cult following.
Edge is the Bret Hart to Cage's Anvil. For several years after the breakup, it looked like Edge would never be a serious main eventer. What was so odd was that he seemed so close, but was missing "Something." Since the heel turn and becoming World Champion in January 2006, Edge has slowly evolved into more of a serious main eventer. He's still a few years away from being that, but unlike his former partner, he actually has a good chance of achieving it.
Edge wins easily.

Edge. Christian will always be like Kennedy to me, just mic skills. People always talk about him as if he is one of the greatest of all time when he doesn't even penetrate the top 100. Edge on the other hand is just the overall total package and has always shown brillance before and after his breakout. Edge FTW but Christian for the GTFO

I like Christian a lot, but I am guessing it is no surpise to anyone that I am going for Edge here. Christian is good, and probably would have gone on to become a World Champ in WWE. However, Edge is on a different level as far as I am concerned. He is much more the total package. Very good in the ring and amazing on the mic, with a very good gimmick. I personally prefer him to Christian on the mic. While Christian has a few title reigns in TNA, Edge is already a 4 time World Champ in WWE and could easily get into the Hall of Fame considering his long list of accomplishments and current status as top heel on Smackdown. He proved against Undertaker that he deserves to be main eventing Wrestlemanias.

Due to the fact that TNA have pretty much killed any enjoyment I used to get from Cage with their shitty booking, I would say Edge decimates Cage in all areas.

I am a Christian mark. He's probably my favorite in TNA and I would LOVE for him to be in the WWE again, however Edge is better. On the mic, to me at least, it is somewhat debatable. But in the ring, Edge is leaps and bounds better and more enjoyable.

Good time for this to make a return. I would like to add to my previous post by saying that a lot of Christian's matches really bore me. They are often very slow paced and uneventful, and when he does have a good match, people overrate the hell out of it just because its Christian eg Ladder match with Kaz.
