Off top top of my head, the I quit match with Jimmy Rave is really fun, and the match at Unified against Danielson and the Rising Against match against Aries are must-sees.

Low-Ki? Nice choice. There is plenty. I want to say either the triple threat match that was ROH's first main event, between Fallen Angel, American Dragon. I also HIGHLY suggest another triple threat match with him featuring AJ Styles and Paul London. If you like brutality, watch Samoa Joe's debut with Low-Ki. However, the match I most recommend is his match versus Eddie Guerrero before Eddie heading back into the WWE because it was five out of five.

Well apart from the obvious choices of the fantastic Unbreakable triple threat, I'd go with Daniels and Styles vs LAX Ultimate X match. Out of his ROH work, I'd say the best matches I've seen is his matches with Danielson, along with the Daniels/Danielson vs Cage/Cabana tag, and alo of his tag matches with Sydal were pretty fun.

Well, there was his championship matches with Samoa Joe and CM Punk. Also, if you want recent greatness, check out his series with Nigel, of course. If you like tag team action, look at his matches in 2005-2006 with the Briscoes and KOW.
