Over the past couple of years MMA has been on the up, and it's popularity has crossed over into the world of prefesional wrestling in many forms. Almost every wrestling promotion has felt the effects of MMAs popularity and have adapted it and numerous wrestlers today encorporate it into their in-ring offence. But do you think this is a positive or a negative? How do you feel about MMA's influence on the wrestling world? How far do you see this influence going?

Kurt Angle's "sparring session" on this past iMPACT is a testament to MMA's influence on pro wrestling. It really comes down to how organizations and individuals within are willing to incorporate MMA. You got Undertaker who's using a gogoplata nowadays but calls it a triangle choke, which is pretty cool. With MMA comes legitimacy and adding a few doses of it here and there doesn't hurt at all. I believe it helps the product.
