Kofi should get more than Shelton, I agree with that for the most part. However, none of them should be main eventing. Kofi has the Cena complex down. He;s going to main event without a doubt? But is it right? No. He's not that exciting, his promos are a little meh.

Well, the majority of guys who aren't really trained in or known as submission guys. Guys exact opposites of a Charlie Haas or a William Regal. Big Show, those kinda guys who don't use submissions. Wouldn't them being in a submission match be kinda awkward?
Depends how its booked. I don't see how Big Show being in a submission match would be awkward, he has plenty of submission moves. Just because you're in a submission match doesn't mean you have to go for the submission constantly and wrestle that sort of match necessarily. They could always do a lot of damage as they normally would and then go for a submission when their opponent is weak.

Kofi is going to main event without a doubt? I really can't see him ever main eventing, and hopefully I'm not wrong.

Most top guys in the WWE have either a main event submission move or a signature submission move that can be used.
HBK - Inverted Figure Four that if I recall is the Trailer Hitch?
Undertaker - Gogoplata and I guess the Dragon Sleeper but he doesn't use it.
Triple H - Used to use the indian deathlock but the Figure Four works fine for him.
Batista - For a while he was using Joe's if I recall, and like HHH uses the FF.
Big Show - the camel clutch and the cobra clutch (granted he used it as a backbreaker/slam but...)
CM Punk - Anaconda Vice.
Edge - Sharpshooter / Inverted Sharpshooter
Chris Jericho - Walls of Jericho
John Cena - STF
Tommy Dreamer - Texas Cloverleaf
Randy Orton - HEADLOCK OF DOOM! Okay he doesn't have anything >.>
Kofi was using the single leg crab recently, Haas and Regal have plenty. Granted guys like Orton, the Hardys, and Christian don't have any but it's not unbelievable for them to add some when the time comes, plus only so many guys will be on a PPV card.

Creed is possibly the worst thing in TNA right now. There a couple more, but he's one of them.
1) He's 22 years old, and most wrestlers don't even reach their prime until they are in their late 20s/early 30s. So, he has plenty of time to hone his skills as a wrestler. Also, his build and athleticism make me think that he'd have no trouble improving.
2) He's educated and very well-spoken. Him being horrible on the mic probably has to do with the fact that he's supposed to be flamboyant. But, his Rough Cut segments showed a man that is significantly different from the character he currently portrays. If TNA built on how Creed acts in real life, then I think they'd have a wrestler whom many viewers would be interested in.
3) He's charismatic. Sure, he may seem like he's hamming it up right now, but he's gladly taken TNA's plans for him and given it 110% (at least this is the impression that I get).
As I've already said, his size does him no favors. And, unfortunately, if you're under 6', then your chances of making it big in America are slim to none (being masked and a lucharesu master does help your chances significantly though). But, if you could give me someone with Creed's virtues and an extra six inches in height, then, in return, I'd be able to give you a star in three to four years.

There are far better mic workers, and you didn't mention anything about his style over substance ring work which isn't anything special at all and doesn't make him stand out from any other X Division, no psychology spotmonkey.
All I took from that post is that he's young. So what? He doesn't really have potential to be good.
