Which one's the ultra charismatic Hogan? I can't choose between the watered down and pathetic on the mic Punk or the never had any skill on the mic Hardy.

Punk is pretty awesome on the mic and he will only get better now he's a heel and isn't a watered down, zero character face.
Well, I'm definitely proving that it's an unpopular opinion. The main reason for why I came up with this idea is because Jeff Hardy has facepaint. A better example, maybe might be "Ravishing" Rick Rude vs. The Ultimate Warrior. However, in this feud, the Rude character (Punk) will win more matches and come out better for it.
I think Ring of Honor sucks. I know that is unpopular in the IWC, but it's how I feel. The shows look terrible (they have gotten better with the free cameras from HDNet though, they used to look worse then something a high school AV club would make). Most of the wrestlers are so-so at best. The majority of their wrestlers are people you've never heard of unless you watch them on a regular basis (something I never did because you had to buy their DVDs). I also find it a joke when people even try to claim they are near WWE's level or even TNA's level or try to claim their titles are world titles. If this was baseball, ROH would be a Triple-A team and WWE and TNA would be MLB teams.
I agree with Kizza about Jack Swagger. The only part of him I like is his theme music, I couldn't care less about him.

I'll let the true ROH fans contest this fully, but a few things....
The shows looking terrible doesn't really say too much about the product. It's not ROH's fault they can't match WWE's production values.
Who cares if you've never heard of the wrestlers? There are a lot of bands people have never heard of who are more talented than the mainstream artists. The same can apply to wrestling. I agree that a lot of indy stars are overrated and some mainstream ones underrated, but the fact that you have not heard of them before is irrelevant really.
The ROH World Title is more of a World Title than either TNA's or WWE's because its defended outside America more often.

Tommy, that is BS about ROH's title being defended outside the country more than the WWE Title. WWE does international tours all the time and everytime they have the titles defended. WWE has also had their title change hands outside of the country (something ROH has never done with their main title). Not to mention that WWE is seen by millions of people worldwide every week, compared to a few thousand for ROH.
I am not saying they need to match WWE's production values, but they should at least look better than what I can do with my own handheld camera (which they didn't before they got their cameras from HDNet).
I didn't say I have to have heard of them, it's just that it's hard to get into any of the characters (which is an important part of professional wrestling) or care what happens when most of these indy wrestlers blend together and you have no clue who any of them are.
horrorfan, I have seen a few pre-HDNet shows. A couple of matches were good, but most were bad or average.
I also think it's a joke that in 2009 any promotion thinks that it makes sense to tape 2 months worth of shows and storylines in a 2 day period. You can tell when title changes are gonna happen and not happen based on it (i.e. you won't see a new champion appear on their show for the next month and a half because they have already taped all of their shows that will air until the end of August). TNA at least does 2, sometimes 3, weeks at once and not 8.
If people want to like ROH, fine. I don't think you can even begin to consider them a major promotion though.

When was the last time the WWE title was defended against a star from another country? And no, having Mysterio or Regal challenge for the title while in Mexico or England. ROH often times goes to another country and has had the champion defend the belt against someone from that company and not just a ROH regular.

What shows have you seen? If you're only basing your opinion from the HD Net show, you have no idea what ROH is really about.
