Hell in a Cell still sells a PPV practically on its own. Why can't people see that?
For me it depends on whose in it. I'd never buy a PPV for Khali in a Hell in a Cell with Anyone, Mark Henry either.
Now put good workers like Taker, HHH, Orton, HBK, Jericho, even Punk and Batista and yeah I'd buy it.

Well first of all you don't represent the average fan.
Secondly, I was assuming that good workers, such as these two guys, would be the ones in the Cell. It is very rare that they put someone in the Cell who isn't a good worker, because it is usually for long main event feuds and guys like Khali would never be in a feud anything like worthy of the Cell. If they put him in one then sure, I agree I wouldn't buy it.
Again though, we don't really represent the average fan, who would mark for a Hell in a Cell more than us.
Edge/Taker in a Hell in a Cell match considering their feud so far is a big draw, especially with Taker's return. Both guys are great workers, it has been a good feud although it has had its problems, we get to see the return of Taker and we get to see Edge inside the Cell for the first time. That, plus the average mark would buy the PPV just because they know they are going to see Edge get his ass kicked.

2007 was definitely his year, but the random matches and run-ins on Sweeney aren't doing it for me either.

I mean, I'm a fan of the guy and find him entertaining it's just, Gabe is trying to get us behind him again but it's just not working like I'm sure he thought it would. I mean, if Claudio walks out of Hammerstein as champ...It won't do anything for me.
