I would have to say the most inspirational moment was either Ric Flair retiring at Wrestlemania 24, or Eddie Guerrero & Chris Benoit hugging at Wrestlemania 20. But that's off the top of my head. If I thought of a lot then I would be here for a while.

I'd say Ric Flair's retirement on RAW was a big one, also.. his final match. I also like the promo of Austin and Rock standing eye to eye on a RAW prior to Wrestlemania 17. That moments defines everything I love about wrestling. Neither man was even saying a word.. the crowd was juiced and you knew you were looking at maybe the two biggest stars the industry had ever seen while still in their prime.
To me it was Flair vs. HBK at Wrestlemania 24 hands down. Being there in person was unreal and the crowd outside the arena waiting to get in was pro Flair and exchanging stories about favorite matches involving Flair. I'm telling you even though you knew that outcome of Flair losing was inevitable but, the match was so believeable and when Flair came off the top ropes and nailed HBK with a simple flying body cross you still were thinking maybe just maybe he will pull it off and live to fight another day. But when the end came and HBK couldn't contain himself and after the three count and Flair broke down crying in the middle of the ring. I'm glad that Vince at least allowed one of the greatest to go out in a respectful way.
Another moment would be Kurt Angle wrestling in the Main Event at Wrestlemania XIX with a seriously injuried neck.
Shawn Michaels having his second match in almost five years at Survivor Series 2002, and becoming World Heavyweight Champion.
Shawn Michaels competing at WrestleMania 14. To me, this is far more emotional than Michaels losing his smile. Simply because their was a lot of controversy about Michaels not really being hurt when he lost his smile. At WrestleMania 14, everyone knew Michaels was hurt, and that it really might have been his last match.
Return of Ric Flair and the reuniting of The Four Horsemen on Nitro.
The entire aura of the Ric Flair Vs. Shawn Michaels match at WrestleMania 24.
Ric Flair Vs. Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship on the 5/19/2003 edition of Raw. Even though everyone knew Triple H was going to win, when Flair poked Triple H in the eye, got the low blow, and hit him with the belt - I guarantee every person watching was wondering if Flair was going to become a seventeen time world champion.
The look in Chris Benoit's eyes when he won Royal Rumble 2004, and realized he was going to be in the main event of WrestleMania 20.
Rob Van Dam defeating John Cena at ECW One Night Stand 2006 and winning The WWE Championship.
I have many more, but those are the ones off the top of my head.
Shawn Michales falling off the Ladder at Wrestlemania X versus Razor Ramon in what is one of the best matches of Wrestlemania.
Chris Benoit v Kurt Angle at the Royal Rumble 2003. Many people thought Kurt will obviously win and he did but there was doubt in people's minds during the match. Many people thought Benoit would actually win his first WWE Championship.
Shawn Michales win at Wrestlemania 12. Every emotional and the boyhood dream has been accomplished. Sill gives me a shed a tear or two. Very very good match capped off by a very good aftermath. Bravo.
When Rey Mysterio won the Royal Rumble. Proving that the smallest person can win the biggest competition.
