Some really good matches here. It was a tough call between Angle/Lesner and Bulldog/Hart, but I went for the latter. It was a technically sound match, and whenever I think about either of their careers or summerslam in general I think of this match. The fact that it took place in Wembley Stadium also adds value to it IMO.
Also nice touch with the YouTube vids. Helps jogg the memory a little!
Im also going for Bulldog/Bret, the only match in this entire contest that I witnessed in person(The Headbangers/Godwins match I saw at an house show didnt make it) for that era it was as good technically match as you could see it the WWF/E

Tough tough call. How many rounds are there? Shit, there must be alot of matches. I want to vote for so many, but I really think that Hogan Rock was really cool. Although it wasnt a great match. Hmmmmmmm.......
Brock and Lesnar was a really good one too.
But this one wins it....

I hope you will include some key Benoit matches down the line. His actions outside the ring shouldn't exclude him or the other wrestler from being on the list. We are judging the matches, not the man.

Great matches indeed. The Shane/Kurt match probably wasn't the most technically sound..but it told a great story, in my opinion. On top of that, it kept me on the edge of my seat. The spots through the glass had me screaming, and the Angle slam from the top rope was a nice finish.
I hope you will include some key Benoit matches down the line. His actions outside the ring shouldn't exclude him or the other wrestler from being on the list. We are judging the matches, not the man.
If you wanted some Benoit matches in you should have nominated them, but yes we have a fair few Benoit matches in this contest

Shane McMahon vs Kurt Angle... to this day I still mark out for that belly to belly through the glass... I think that's what it was anyway, not to good with move names lol.
