Who did Vince or Bischoff let go of that at the time you were like "WTF is he thinking?!"
I am not talking about guys that became superstars in another fed and you were like "Holy crap, i didnt realize he used to wrestle at ......." but the guys that at the time you said "Is he crazy? He has so much potential." or "That was a stupid move"

Jericho was not fired. Far from it. Bischoff wanted him to re-sign with WCW but Jericho wanted to go to WWE, so Bischoff jobbed him out for a few months at the end of his deal and then he went.
Although it also was not a firing, it was hugely bad business of WCW to let go of the Radicals when they did. Essentially, Benoit & Guerrero.
WWE had one big failing at that time, it's TV shows were great but, other than the main event a lot of the PPV's were a little sucky. Getting Jericho in firstly corrected this, then Angle and E&C kicking on, but the final element of making the company better than WCW in every aspect was Benoit & Guerrero coming into the mid-card. This gave WWE better angles, better matches, better TV shows and better PPV's and WCW long slipperly slope continued.
Radicals were under contract performers, it was insane business to just let them walk out of the door and down to Stamford virtually the next day.

I ment on-screen when Jericho lost to Cena. Bischoff ''fired'' him. I ment that was a stupid way for Jericho to leave the company. Surely wwe uncreative staff could have come up with something better for him.

Hassan is a big one. Oh he had potential. The worst thing is that him being removed from tv was due to no fault of his own.
Now, this wasn't a boss doing the firing, but the boy's own body - I will always say that Chris Nowinski had huge potential (just not huge size) to be a wonderful upper mid carder until he went and got concussed.

I think the biggest loss recently is the inability to retain Jay Reso (Christian Cage) and Kurt Angle. Kurt's incident was different, but Christian was a complete huge loss.
