His hair is pretty damn bad when you look ten minutes in to a match. Basically, the guy has a huge "Monk" bald spot and emptiness up top but has retained the length in front and the back.

But hell he's over 40 now.....unless he's going to get a crew cut, there's nothing much he can do (hair surgery aside!!)
