Melina originally first appeared on WWE TV while participating in a Diva Lingerie contest on RAW, conducted by Randy Orton. Melina made her Smackdown Debut on April 14, 2004 alongside Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro. Melina, Nitro, and Mercury became known an MNM. Melina instantly became a fan favorite thanks to her sexy ring entrance. Michael Cole and Tazz referred to it as "The greatest ring entrance in the history of sports entertainment." MNM went on to capture the WWE Tag Team Championships on 3 seperate occasions. MNM ended up breaking up at Judgement Day 2006 after losing the tag team titles to Paul London and Brian Kendrick. During this event, Melina also suffered a controversial loss to Jillian Hall. This led to the firing of Melina and Johnny Nitro later that same night, after a heated Melina slapped Smackdown GM Theodore Long.
On May 29th, 2006 Melina and Johnny Nitro came to RAW. With the help of Melina, Johnny Nitro went on to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship at Vengeance 2006. Declaring herself "The most dominant diva in the WWE", look for Melina to make an even bigger name for herself in the years to come.
