Well if you collect wrestling DVDs and dont have WM 17 it was worth it for that one alone. If its close to Aus Dollars I would say you did quite well for price.
WM 21 Is pretty good, its more a passing the tourch event like WM 13. If memory serves me correctly SS 03 was the buried alive and ambulance match??. I really liked that PPV, no matter what anyone says.
If so these are 3 iconic DVDs to have. WM 17 is the benchmark for all WM before and after, the crowning event, even better then KOTR 1998. WM 21 is a historic PPV IMO, and SS 03 is really interesting. So yeah like I said if you collect wrestling DVDs you chose very wisely.
Spending 60 dollars (USD after I converted it) for three PPV's is pretty much exactly what it'd cost when it first comes out. As for the shows:
Survivor Series 2003 - Nothing really good. Watch it for the Raw elimination match and the SD one after the green workers leave. Pretty lackluster 2000's Survivor Series.
Wrestlemania 21 - Three good matches in MITB, Orton vs Taker and Michaels vs Angle (Despite being very overrated). The rest of the card is skippable.
Wrestlemania 17 - Very overrated show, quite possibly the most overrated though. That being said, you still have a MOTYC of The Rock vs Austin, a fun spotty TLC, Benoit and Angle tearing it up and McMahon vs McMahon (The sole match I haven't seen though). If this is unblurred, then it's a good deal for 20 bucks since it can easily go for much higher on eBay.
Overall, there's going to be a lot of crap to get through, but I wouldn't say you wasted your money. There's better ways to spend it, but you did buy some quality matches.

Mania 17 was pretty overrated, Jericho-Regal stands out as a top match between 2 guys at their prime. And a pretty awesome TLC match. McMahon v McMahon was a pretty good story but one I wouldn't bother rewatching. Austin-Rock was a good main event but I've seen better.
21 was a good one, first MITB was good fun to watch, I really enjoyed Guerrero-Mysterio.
03 SS was quality, besides the Goldberg main event which I found slow, Team Bischoff v Team Austin and the Buried Alive match was quality.
I fail to see how WrestleMania X7 is overrated. It's one of, if not the most consistent WrestleMania's top to bottom. For the most part, it has something for everyone to enjoy.

How is it consistent? The women's match sucked, Jericho vs Regal was a huge disappointment, Eddie vs Test was a "Decent" match for Raw, Taker vs Hunter is so fucking overrated, the six man tag was horrible and the gimmick battle royal may have had some nostalgic value, but it was bad. I'll give the PPV credit for having a few GREAT matches, but there's two types of matches on that show. The great and the horrible.
