Personally, I think there's far bigger reasons to stop watching the WWE than gimmick PPV's that has happened in the past, only they're now changing PPV titles to fit them.
But for companies, the two main ones would be PWG and CHIKARA. PWG is the more serious of the two and features ROH, TNA and SoCal stars. CHIKARA is a bit wacky at times, but their storylines tend to be a lot of fun and complex, without getting to Russo levels of nonsense.

Unfortunately, there aren't many options if you're only wanting to watch a company on TV.
To be honest, if you're just unhappy with what the WWE is doing currently, I'd recommend trying to find a year long download of a TV show from the past. Whether it's something simple like Raw from 2003 or checking out some things you haven't and download every WCW PPV from the beginning until the end.
