Plus do you TV match or could this include house show matches, dark matches, or hell, indy companies that don't have matches on PPV?

I'll assume you mean mainstream TV matches.

I really am not sure off the top of my head.. I know there were a few great tag matches, HBK/Cena was great, hell even this year Christian/Swagger was awesome.

I enjoyed Shelton Benjamin vs Shawn Michaels, The 123 Kid vs. Bret Hart, Cena vs. Michaels, and Christian vs. Swagger.

Can't think of anything better than Cena vs HBK right now to be honest. Their Wrestlemania match was great and easily Wrestlemania main event worthy, so to surpass that on RAW is pretty impressive. Can't think of any other TV match I'd rate as highly as I rated that.

Yea to me the best non pay per view has to be HBK vs John Cena on RAW that match was so dam good the only thing that was wrong with it was that there was commercial breaks.
