Steiners vs Gen Next - two massively overated teams, but Gen Next vs Danielson/Lethal is better than any Steiner Bros tag
Team 3D vs Money Inc - Need to see more Money Inc really but Duds are usually entertaining even in bad matches
Hart Foundation vs Hollywood Blondes
Road Warriors vs Harlem Heat - lolsquash
Edge & Christian vs The Rockers - Don't care for their WWF work but the cage match with Somers & Rose is great
Bulldogs vs Strike Force - I abstain from voting due to never seeing Strike Force and the Bulldogs being overated
Brainbusters vs Steenerico - I like Steenerico a hell of a lot but this isn't even close
New Age Outlaws vs Holy Demon Army - lmao, worst team ever vs best team ever
Los Guerreros vs Hansen/Brody - Like both but Hansen/Brody vs Jumbo/Tenryu is better than any Guerreros match
Demolition vs WGTT
Hardys vs SpeedMuscle - SpeedMuscle are/were a lot of fun but the Hardyz/C&M tags were better than their 2 vs 2 matches.
Hooligans vs Guns - Hooligans were infinately more consistant and Guns are overated, but I think the Briscoes match is enough to give them the win
AMW vs LAX - AMW vs XXX > LAX vs Styles/Daniels
Beer Money Inc vs MVCs - rofl @ beer money
Midnight Express vs Eliminators - Need to see more Midnight Express...
Camp Cornette vs Outsiders - Camp Cornette had like one notable match. They win by default because the Outsiders were terrible, but still..

Steiners vs Gen Next - Steiners blow Gen Next away. Gen Next may be a possible tag team of the decade, but Steiners were delivering for years.
Team 3D vs Money Inc - Had Money Inc. lasted longer, I would probably vote for them. But Duds' long time together created more quality. Money Inc did have some damn good matches though.
Hart Foundation vs Hollywood Blondes - Great matchup, but Harts being together longer allowed them to have more quality.
Road Warriors vs Harlem Heat - Roadies easily win.
Edge & Christian vs The Rockers - Rockers put in some quality. They may not have the achievements that E&C has, but Rockers influenced a lot of future teams.
Bulldogs vs Strike Force - Bulldogs easily win since Strike Force lasted for roughly a year. Great year, but still just a year.
Brainbusters vs Steenerico - 'Busters were incredible in NWA and WWE. Steenerico are talented, but not this talented.
New Age Outlaws vs Holy Demon Army - Outlaws were great in every category except for match quality. Big difference there with the other team.
Los Guerreros vs Hansen/Brody - I really didn't see anything too good about Los Guerreros.
Demolition vs TWGTT - TWGTT suffered from not being together long. Demolition went from rip offs to being legit more over than Road Warriors in the WWE.
Hardys vs SpeedMuscle - I haven't seen enough Speed Muscle.
Hooligans vs Guns - I can't stand the Guns together. Londrick were quality though.
AMW vs LAX - AMW had a lot of potential to win this whole thing had they stayed together longer.
Beer Money Inc vs MVCs - Blow out.
Midnight Express vs Eliminators - MXR was one of the greatest of all time.
Camp Cornette vs Outsiders - Outsiders did jack shit as far as quality. Bulldog and Owen were one of the best of the mid 90's.

The Steiner Brothers vs. Generation Next - haven't seen anything from "Gen Next" (which I'm sure will get me some hell on the boards) Team 3D/Dudleys vs. Money Inc. The Hart Foundation vs. Hollywood Blondes The Road Warriors vs. Harlem Heat
Edge & Christian vs. The Rockers The British Bulldogs vs. Strike Force The Brain Busters vs. Steenerico New Age Outlaws vs. Holy Demon Army -- never heard of HDA. And, during the time... huge DX mark.
Los Guerreros vs. Hanson/Brody -- never cared for Los Guerreros Demolition vs. World's Greatest Tag Team The Hardy Boys vs. SpeedMuscle America's Most Wanted vs. Latin American Exchange Beer Money Inc. vs. MVCs Midnight Express vs. The Eliminators Camp Cornette vs. The Outsiders

I'll vote later, but why the Beer Money hate, Steve? Like I get that they are out of their league in comparison but.. they're a pretty damn entertaining tag team. Same with Jim about the Guns..

I do not watch TNA regularly but on the rare occasions I do I find BMI to be terribly boring and average in every way. They have personality, sure, but outside of a few basic tag team moves they have know idea how to work as a good heel tag team.
I voted for the Guns and like a few of their matches, but most of the time they just run through the same spots every match. They rarely wrestle as a good team outside of a few nifty tag team spots and they rarely bring the peril to the face in peril part of the match and 99% of their matches are just killing time until the big finishing stretch.
EDIT - As an aside, I can't believe half these teams got in and the Rock'n'Roll Express didn't!

Steiners vs Gen Next - Admittedly, I've seen very little of the Steiners.
Team 3D vs Money Inc
Hart Foundation vs Hollywood Blondes
Road Warriors vs Harlem Heat
Edge & Christian vs The Rockers - Loved the "bloodbath" match against Somers and Rose, and that match consisted of mostly punches. Just shows how great they were.
British Bulldogs vs Strike Force
Brainbusters vs Steenerico
New Age Outlaws vs Holy Demon Army
Los Guerreros vs Hansen/Brody
Demolition vs WGTT - Loved WGTT when they broke out of Team Angle, and they were pretty great before that.
Hardy Boyz vs SpeedMuscle
Hooliganz vs Motor City Machine Guns - Where did this Hooligans name come from?! I don't ever remember them being billed as that in WWE, but people keep calling them that.
AMW vs LAX
Beer Money Inc vs MVCs
Midnight Express vs Eliminators
Camp Cornette vs Outsiders

Beer Money aren't even heels now though.
As for the Guns.. in TNA I definitely see what you mean but any indy matches I see them involved in tend to be a complete 180. Granted you've surely seen more but eh.
