In his twenty year career the Undertaker has been in so many good classic (and sometimes cheesy) moments, that I think a thread is appropriate to discuss some of the best. DD inspired me with the video he posted in the other Undertaker thread.
Here is one random awesome moment..

Incredibly cheesy perhaps but as a kid is was awe inspiring. Start at 6:40 or so.

- Kane's first appearance and attack on Undertaker
- Mankind attacking him for the first time. Nobody had EVER manhandled the Deadman like that before. I was like 12 or 13 watching that in utter shock and disbelief.
- Undertaker attacking Warrior and putting him in the casket, and Warrior trying to scratch his way out. I was young at the time and that might be the only time I actually cried while watching wrestling.
- Similar attack on Hogan, when Piper & Savage ran from the announce table to help Hogan. I think Flair helped attack Hogan too.
- C'mon......Hell In A Cell w/ Foley.
- The Ministry Undertaker. The Black Wedding w/ Stephanie.....the "sacrifice" of Austin on his symbol as RAW went off the air....
- Generally speaking, his feuds with Kane & Mankind during the Attitude Era. Some creative and amazing events. Boiler Room Brawls, Wrestlemania, Paul Bearer turning heel, Inferno Match, Buried Alive, etc.

I don't have as much knowledge as others when it comes to the early days of Undertaker, so I'll keep these to the time I have been watching wrestling.
His return at Judgment Day 2000 as the American Badass was actually the first I had seen of Undertaker, and I just thought the whole thing was epic. Coming down the ramp on a motorcyle to Kid Rock, wearing a full length leather coat and cleaning out on DX with chokeslams. It was awesome.
Undertaker vs Kane at Wrestlemania 14 - I know I said this would mainly be recent stuff, but everybody knows about the Kane feud. The backstory was good if a little OTT, and I thought it was a great moment for Taker to overcome adversity and defeat his brother at Wrestlemania
His return at Wrestlemania XX. Sure the match wasn't that great, but it was pretty epic seeing the Deadman return, even if his hair hadn't grown out properly since Survivor Series lol.
Undertaker's entrance at the Rumble in 2007 probably won't be high on many lists, but I thought it was pretty great when Khali was left as the only man in the ring, and Undertaker's music came on. It was made better by Michael Cole who said "nobody can stop Khali" only to retract his statement by shouting "MAYBE THERE IS SOMEONE" when Taker's music hit. Classic. Obviously the interaction with Michaels at the end was also awesome.
I could name a lot of Undertaker dives here, but my favourite was probably the one on Henry at Wrestlemania 22, simply because it was so impressive to dive over the ropes and the casket at his age. The one on Kane in the inferno match was great too.
Undertaker vs Mankind HIAC - It's almost cliche to say it now, but it's a truly memorable match.
Undertaker destroying Maven at Royal Rumble 2002 was damn entertaining, partly because I really loved his big bully heel run that year. Speaking of which...
Undertaker raising Jeff's hand after their ladder match on RAW and in the process turning face. I thought this was really well done, with Jeff earning Taker's respect for being a fighter.
Probably forgotten a ton, so more to come.

How about his cool look and entrance for his match with Edge at Mania? That was pretty sick. And (I think) Wm 13 the first entrance with the fire and druids .

I quite liked the standing ovation he got after getting knocked out by Show at last year's No Mercy.
That was epic. Him and Show actually put on a decent set of matches, i'm not normally a fan of him, but I can't fault many of his bouts with Taker.
One of my favorite moments was last year against Edge after the TLC, when Taker lost, he was walking back up the entrance ramp, and everybody was clapping, giving him an ovation, i'm sure some people where crying as well, and then he just turned round, looked somewhat sad, and turned back, lifted his hand up, walked on. We all knew Taker wasn't really leaving, but it looked like he really was.
I also vaugly remember a moment from the late 90's, my memory isn't sharp on this, i've tried looking for the clip on youtube but couldn't find it. It was during Takers feud with Stone Cold I think, and Austin had his head hanging on the middle rope, and all the druids came out, I was only around four when this happened and actually started to cry, lol, as I said, I can't remember it much, i'm not even sure if it fully involved Taker, but it's always one of the things I look back on when I think of him.

I'm not a fan of The Undertaker, like... AT ALL. However, his match against Kurt Angle on Smackdown in New Orleans is to this day one of the greatest matches I've ever seen. So, that's definitely my favorite 'Taker moment.
