Looking back at older wrestling I enjoyed as a kid, I'm taken aback of how much I love The Beverly Brothers these days. It's mainly surprising due to how little I cared about them when I originally watched them in the early 90's. It got me thinking that had they had a different gimmick, they could of had so much more success in the WWE. They had the natural talent and they came in at the perfect time. The Rockers and Power & Glory had about six months left, Money Inc. wasn't created yet. The Steiners and Headshrinkers hadn't arrived yet. Once the Natural Disasters turned face in early 1992, it pretty much left the heel scene being only Money Inc, Nasty Boys and Beverly Brothers. Change up the gimmick and they would of been more over and could have impressed Vince enough to put some gold around their waists.

Again.. that's different.. he was a tycoon but realistic. As was the McMahons. While HHH seemed more like a prince than someone just rich if that makes sense. That beyond snob royalty but not royalty just rich schtick.
But yeah, my fault for not wording it right. It's not about being rich.. it's the way it's portrayed. Blue blood.

That's exactly how Hunter's gimmick was...
