Roma gets such a harsh treatment from fans. The funniest part about it is that most of the fans who does bash him, I highly doubt they even saw him wrestle when he was still active. Was he right for the Four Horsemen? Possibly not, but he was far from a terrible wrestler. The Young Stallions was a talented team that struggled because of their good looks and the fact that the tag team division was so loaded at the time. Power and Glory was an incredible team that got fucked over majorly. In a time when the WWE needed to concentrate on building the tag team division up for the future, they threw Hercules and Roma to the curb. Is he bitter? Sure. However, most of the bashing started with one of the biggest egomaniacs out there who is so willing to not praise anyone.

Oddly enough, I agree the most with Roma when he talked about Michaels. It's not that I hate Michaels, I agree with Roma and everyone else here that Michaels is an amazing performer and better than 4/5 of the roster, but he's forty, has a family, and he's found God. He looks awful and the business doesn't need him. He should retire for his own good.

I understand, Lord Stevenson, that he did beat a bunch of wrestlers with the Axe Bomber. However, when in the United States, especially in the late 80s-early 90s had someone been pinned by one? Paul Roma's the only guy I can think of.
