In many ways, George made wrestling what it is today, what with the showmanship that he innovated, which was copied by sporting greats such as Muhammed Ali. A true sports personality. Perhaps his widow/valet Cherie Dupré (i'm sure that's her real name...) to induct, she's full of likely stories like the cost of his funeral, if she's still alive that is. If she is dead or too old, maybe someone Hulk Hogan, another megastar of his day.
Hang on, Goldust inducting would be even better.
