- Aries vs Danielson matches One of the most reliable matchups of the decade. Not too keen on some their matches but generally they have great chemistry together.
- Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart?
HBK has the quantity of great matches, but Bret matches have the edge in quality.
- High-quality brawls or high-quality matwork? Depends on the wrestlers involved really, though when I think of my favourite matches they tend to be leaning towards the former.
- Favourite US tag match ever? The Unfogettable tag
- Light-tube deathmatches Big Japan has some great ones because they aren't just 20 minutes of guys hitting each other, and have the same psycology and structure of most matches. US indy ones tend to be garbage though.
- Jerry Lawler Damn good wrestler back in the day, and was a fun commentator. People won't know how good of a wrestler he was because if it wasn't in the WWE it wasn't important.
- Kevin Nash or Scott Hall? Don't care for either of them but Hall was actually pretty decent in his prime.
- The Miz/John Morrison team Overated because they are good and people's standards have dropped, but still pretty fun. Would have been great if in a division worth watching.
- ROH 2009 Sort of underwhelming, though ROH has always been meh at the start of the year. Not much interesting going on in the booking department, and I don't think they've produced anything amazing yet, but they are still pretty good even if the booking is getting headache enducing. TV show is pretty morvid, though.
- Sid Vicious Need to see more, looks like crap from what I've seen.
- Evolution Outside of the Trips-as-champion perspective, they were pretty great. Flair was awesome as the veteran manager, Batista was great as the muscle and Orton was great at what he did.

- Aries vs Danielson matches - Always energetic when you combine the talents of Austin Aries who can break down a body part faster than anybody in the profession today given his size and for Danielson's ability to carry a young Austin Aries at the time that these two began their feuds, this was like watching two great stallions running in a race all their own and with the star power these two had back just a few years ago when Austin captured the ROH Title Belt, it was one of the very best feuds ROH has even put on to this point and Aries best while Danielson has had consistency in this area feuding with Samoa Joe, Nigel and Morishima. Just awesome work put on by two of Ring of Honor's very best competitors that have stayed with the promotion even to this day. Yeah, Aries had his little venture in TNA for a short while but his disdain for the actual product he was doing as "Austin Starr" wasn't cutting it and he returned and to me has always been an ROH competitor.
- Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart? - Shawn Michaels. While Bret always was the consummate professional inside the ring for the WWF putting on great match after match after match and not getting the respect he "Deserved" Michaels came in after doing his thing with Jannety and gave the WWF a new, brash, arrogant look that Bret didn't have and that was Carisma in a nutshell. Michaels while he may be quitting soon (Year from now) He has consistently been one of the WWE's best performers and when given the ability to do his own material, consistently helps out the younger talent of today get over when he is not teaming with HHH or involved in a program with the McMahon's.
- High-quality brawls or high-quality matwork? - Canvas-work. While I enjoy the high quality brawls of a hardcore street fight, the technical ability inside the middle of that ring and being able to call yourself a Wrestler appeals to me more. Anybody can hit somebody with a Chair but not anybody can do an Armdrag into an Armbar and work it effectively.
- Favorite US tag match ever? - Just off the top of my head, I'll give you one from all 3 promotions.
ROH: Motor City Machine Guns vs. The Briscoe Brothers at Goodtimes Great Memories in 07. TNA: MCMG vs. Speed Muscle TNA Impact in June of 08 WWE: British Bulldogs vs. Hart Foundation in the late 80's
- Light-tube deathmatches - CZW's specialty. Garbage. Just for the thrill match and it isn't worth it.
- Jerry Lawler - King of Memphis because he practically owned the city. He stuck alot to his gimmick and never could really work an actual wrestling match but for what Lawler did, he was great for the psychology of the Memphis area.
- Kevin Nash or Scott Hall? - I can't stand both and wish not to chose but if I had, then I'd go with Kevin Nahs. The lesser of two evils I suppose.
- The Miz/John Morrison team - One of the better teams the WWE actually used in quite some time that brought some consistency to the WWE and actually utilize a Tag Division somewhat for a year or so.
- ROH 2009 - Growing and trying to find their way around here because of numerous injuries and face changes namely the return of Prince Nana, Jimmy Rave and Colt Cabana. Along with some new faces like Kenny King, Kenny Omega, Bobby Dempsey, Brodie, Bison Smith, Grizz, Rhett Titus, the emergence of Eddie Edwards and Tyler Black finally breaking through. ROH is growing and they need to continue on this upward path. More of a trend on storylines and characters but the matches haven't dropped off that much.
- Sid Vicious - Big Worker who has attitude and ego issues. Broken leg in a freak accident and was pushed way to fast given his size and lack of talent.
- Evolution - 2nd Best Stable ever in Wrestling History only behind 4 Horsemen because they actually elevated 2 younger stars and gave them a path to stardom which is sadly missing in todays picture.
I knwo this si your opinion and every one is entitled to it but i have to disagree with the stable option.
Behind the 4 horsemen?
NWO, DX? Common... Evolution didnt even stand close to the NWO or DX.

NWO was pretty shit in the long run and DX although fun made one star and was pretty shit after a short while.
To me, Evolution represented what a stable should. Had two big stars and kept them big meanwhile elevated two younger guys to main event status as well. Looking back at Evolution, you have a 16 time champ, a 13 time champ, a 4 time champ, and a 3 time champ. And I predict the "3" time champion will be winning even more as time goes on.

Attitude Era = Incredibly Over-Rated. If you liked Stables squashing everyone then fine, DX and NWO were for you but they weren't for me. Hell, I'd even put the Freebirds and all of the WWF Stables led by Heel Managers in the early 90's and late 80's over the NWO and DX.

I've come to respect Michaels a lot more in recent years, but still Hart for me. Hart was always one of my favorites back in the day and that hasn't lessened much with time. I saw him and Owen wrestle for Stampede back in the day. Hart was on his first world title from Flair in Saskatoon, which is near my hometown. Plus, I'm Canadian so I have a natural bias.
- High-quality brawls or high-quality matwork?
Either, quality is quality. Though I prefer a match that doesn't rely entirely on one style.
- Favourite US tag match ever?
Good lord, that's a tough call. Probably something from NWA back in the day... Road Warriors, Steiners, Horsemen...? I've watched the Starrcade 87 match between the Road Warriors and Arn n' Tully multiple times and always enjoy it, so maybe that...?
- Light-tube deathmatches
Not my deal. Seen a few and don't enjoy them to any real extent. I can understand why some do, but most "death match" stuff goes beyond a point that I really enjoy.
- Jerry Lawler
A legend in his own way. From what I know, he was huge in the Memphis region and he was part of one of the all-time legendary angles.
- Kevin Nash or Scott Hall?
Hall, though he fell apart later. Nash has never struck me as anything more than a solid big man who was good on the mic.
- The Miz/John Morrison team
Just started to get into them and then they're gone. Also, the fact of them being broken up is oh so indicitive of how the WWE treats the tag team division at this point. Yes, they are both talented guys who could go onto be solo stars... but they were great as a team and getting over. I don't know that the timing was right.
- ROH 2009
Its going to be interesting. With TV, no Gabe, all of that, it will be the year the probably defines the success or failure of ROH.
- Sid Vicious
A good big man but the attitude was never that great. From stabbling Arn to seeming to just go through the motions at times, he seems like he could've been a lot more.
- Evolution<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
I liked. I can't put them up there with the all-time great stables, but they did get two guys over. I think both those guys would have got over regardless, but still... When you compare Evolution to the NWO and D-X, I don't think you can ignore the fact that those two stables turned around the fortunes of their given companies (moreso for the NWO). Even though things fell apart later on, its still a conciderable impact. Evolution didn't have that.

Aries vs Danielson matches
I've only seen a few, truth be told. If we're specifically talking about their series of matches back in 2008, then I'll tell you that they were great matches. None that really stand out in my mind or anything. I actually can't really remember anything that happened in those matches. But they are good workers and seem to have good chemistry together.
Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart?
I've been a Bret Hart fan as far back as I can remember, so this is pretty easy. I still can't stand Shawn to be honest. But when we look at the actual work, I'd still consider Bret to be the better worker. Bret could pull out an amazing match with just about anyone. He's probably the best ring general of all time. I wouldn't even say Shawn has had more good matches, I just think since he's still around his matches are still fresh in our minds. With Bret, you could always expect a good match. With Shawn, I don't know if I could say the same. At least when he was on drugs back in the 90's. Shawn's a great wrestler, but as a Bret Hart fan I am legally obligated to hate everything about him xD.
High-quality brawls or high-quality matwork?
I see a lot of technical wrestling matches, so I dunno, I get a lot more excited for a great brawl. There's a reason why in ROH Jimmy Jacobs is my favorite wrestler. Because out of loads of good technical wrestlers, Jimmy is probably the best brawler and his matches are always so passionate and emotional... and brutal, which I guess is most important when we're talking about brawls. When it comes to a show, I think there should be more technical wrestling involved, just to make those brawls more meaningful.
Favourite US tag match ever?
I have yet to see the tag match at Unforgettable unfortunately. So I guess I'm going to have to say Los Guerreros vs Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit vs Edge & Rey Mysterio from Survivor Series 2002. I thought MCMG/Briscoes was pretty overrated to be honest.
Light-tube deathmatches
I only prefer the BJW deathmatches, only because they don't break all the tubes within ten seconds. They make the spots more meaningful and back up the seemingly senseless violence with great wrestling. Also, I dunno, for some reason I find it hard to watch a light tube death match in a small broken down rec center with a tattered mat & barely any working lighting. In the nice arenas that BJW works though, I find it perfectly alright.
Jerry Lawler
Great heel work with pretty average wrestling ability, but he always made up for it with his storytelling and SHENANIGANS~! But anyway, I don't really remember most of his matches. For me, Jerry Lawler was always announcer. As a kid, this guy was like freaking Hitler because he'd be so mean and cruel. I really miss heel Jerry Lawler, and sometimes it's weird hearing him being a bland face especially after you watch an old tape where he's like the meanest guy on the planet.
Kevin Nash or Scott Hall?
Scott Hall if he isn't shitfaced. I've never, ever seen the appeal of Kevin Nash.
The Miz/John Morrison team
They were awesome and had loads of great tag matches. I was skeptical of them teaming at first, but I think that's more because of their contrasting looks. However, I think it all sort of fell in place and it was easy to see them as a tag team. I didn't care for most of their comedy, because it tended to be usually very lame, but in the ring they got a lot better. I'm going to miss them as a tag team.
ROH 2009
Horrible. Just horrible. But now they're starting to get their identidy back, and I don't think it's just because of Colt Cabana either. I think their recent cards actually look like ROH shows. But I still have a lot of problems with ROH right now, but while I'm pessimistic, I do hope that they can return to the quality of shows from say, 2006 or 2004. They have all of the pieces in place (and more) to do so.
Sid Vicious
DAMMIT! DAMMIT! DAMMIT! Honestly, I could never get into the guy. His matches were annoying, since you could hear him breathing heavily through the entire matches than making grunts and OOOFS that were only ousted by Lex Luger. I could see how he could be intimidating/impressive back in the day though.
Evolution Probably one of the few things different Triple H has actually done since 2000... and I didn't care for it anyway.

I agree with you there, but for entertainment factor NWO and DX squash evolution but given they were around in a hay day for wrestling not 03-05 ( which was still good but not as good as years before )
- Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart? Very hard choice to make. I'm on Bret's side regarding the screw job but I think I'll go with Shawn Michaels. I'm a big fan of Bret Hart but I mean, HBK still wrestles obviously and still puts on high quality matches and I enjoy watching his matches for the most part.
- High-quality brawls or high-quality matwork? I like a mixture of both to be honest. Really can't pick one or the other.
- Favorite US tag match ever? Hard to pick.
- Light-tube deathmatches: Never really seen too many of them....
- Jerry Lawler: Never really was too impressed with his wrestling although I used to enjoy him as a commentator...before he became Michael Cole's clone with the vintage shit.
- Kevin Nash or Scott Hall? Kevin Nash
- The Miz/John Morrison team: One of the best tag teams to grace a WWE ring in the past ten years. I overall enjoyed their run as a tag team. Morrison > Miz
- ROH 2009: ROH 2009 has been just decent so far. Alot of good matches so far this year but I really do not like the direction they are going in, I really don't.
- Sid Vicious: One of the worst wrestlers to ever make it to the top. I'm still trying to figure out why he ever became a four time world champion. Two time WWE and two time WCW. Well I guess the WCW ones because it was near the end so nothing in WCW near the end made sense nor was it any good at all. But Sid is really one of the biggest fuck ups in wrestling history. One of the biggest egos too. He says that he outdrew people like Bret, Undertaker . Hogan, Rock, Stone Cold and HBK. Yeah fuckin' right.
- Evolution: One of my favorite stables. I'm not a fan of Batista but I enjoy Evolution overall I guess.
