Yeah I thought so. I can't believe Foley tries to pretend it was unplanned on one of his DVDs. It's clear as day that the Cell was supposed to break. Otherwise, what would have happened? They couldn't exactly just climb down after what Foley had just done beforehand. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

How about when Lesnar broke Hardcore Hollys neck with the powerbomb botch. They tried to make it into an angle but it really went nowhere. That probably put an end to Hollys reputation of being the badass veteran who didnt want to cooperate with the rookies.

If by botched finish you mean the clumsy heel legitimately cracks a lead pipe across the jaw of his local jobber opponent, splattering teeth, blood, spit and fear onto the crowd and sending the young, podgy, long haired kid slumping awkwardly to the mat as his warm blood slowly oozes out onto the white canvas and the heel stands over him laughing like only a criminally insane predator can then yes that tells a better story.
Any botch involving a poorly excecuted move, an early three count or the ref dying for no obvious reason...not so much.
