Dragon easily. Foley could put on some good matches, but he was prone to a whole line of terrible ones as well. Danielson is far more consistent. [/brokenrecord]

I think you need to change the criteria a little and put him against people when they were at their prime, espeically if they are no longer wrestling. Right now, you limited it to in ring ability and against mostly people who have no chance of winning. Out of the people you chose i'd have only used Styles, Angle, Punk, Kobashi and Michaels, maybe Joe and Jericho aswell. People like Cena etc are obviouslly not going to win.
Put him against the best of all time and see how he performs.

They are a lot better than some of the people that got matches. I mean people like Bret Hart, Ric Flair etc when in their prime. Then we can see how Danielson ranks up against them.

Both these men are great at what they do, but since your asking who is the better wrestler, its Danielson. Its hard not love Mic Foley, but when it comes to wrestling Danielson has this by a few miles.

Yeah, I think this'll be the last one. Dragon has pretty much proved his dominance at this point.
Foley is the king of taking bumps and was a better brawler than Danielson.... outside of that not really sure what the case for Foley is.
The case for Foley would be psychology imo. Now don't get me wrong Danielson is great at making you care about his matches, but for me Foley is maybe the best ever at that... or maybe I'm just a mark.
Either way, better or not, I prefer Foley and I am more entertained by his best matches than Danielson's best.

Well yeah, Mick Foley made all of us accept that the man could be three different people. The only person to be able to pull that off in the major leagues. Unless you count Christopher Daniels...
