Also are we talking about a Taker that's in his prime?
Regardless both men would make eachother look like gold in this match. I'd have to go with Taker. He has a definite size advantage which should account for somthing, plus he can brawl with the best of them and he has a a variety of submissions, as does Danielson, so they cancel eachother out. Combine that with his power and a high tolerance for pain, I gotta pick Taker.
- How many bad matches has Danielson had comepared to Undertaker?
Another point to consider: How long has Danielson's style been restricted by a gimmick?

Look at his first few years in the E. He had to work a particular style based on the zombie gimmick. Mean Mark had a different style, ABA had a different style, and the new deadman has a different style. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Danielson seems to have had more freedom to do what he wants for more of his career.

We're not talking kayfabe. We mean, who has put on the better matches during their careers?
You could make the point that Taker hasn't had the calibre of opponents Danielson has but if you look at his early career you will see Taker himself was actually pretty mediocre too. Ever since the late 90's the gimmick hasn't restricted him at all... he hasn't been tied down to wrestling one style and he hasn't been restriced to inferior opponents or short matches or anything.
If people are going to start the "Undertaker hasn't had the oppotunities Danielson has" line like they did with HBK, I am seriosuly going to laugh because that is just fucking ridiculous.
