I'm guessing this is based on in-ring ability... so I'll go with Danielson though I find Cena to be far more entertaining. I hope Danielson succeeds in MMA.
Danielson isn't going to MMA, he's just training in it.
And yeah it's based on ring ability though I don't find Cena's corniness appealing at all. He's a pretty good wrestler but this is an obvious Danielson win.

I don't think Cena's been corny at all the last two weeks. His post-Wrestlemania match interview on WWE.com was very good (one of his best) and I loved the segment between him and Edge on Smackdown!
Regardless, easy win for Danielson and I could have sworn I read somewhere that he was flying overseas to participate in Muy Thai training to improve his MMA prospects.

He's only going to Thailand and training with Couture to improve his chain wrestling to make it a more realistic MMA style. He'll be gone for 3 months, then he's not signing a contract with ROH so he has more control over his bookings. Not much will change.
It's all rumours, anyway. But that's the one I'll believe.

The great technical wrestler that Bryan Danielson vs the "5 moves of doom" of John Cena. The best thing Cena knows how to do is take an ass whipping and make it look good.
