I remember someone saying Styles could do anything Dragon can, what BS. Styles can't play a good heel, he can't play the role of the veteran (a la Dragon vs Black), he can't carry average wrestlers to great matches, he can't work a good 25+ minute match, he can't work the mat half as good as Danielson, he can't make younger guys look like stars, etc etc I can go on.
Styles can be great and all but there is no way in fuck he is better than Danielson.

Yeah there is actually, because you criticise people for doing the same thing.
I'm going with Danielson. I am a big fan of AJ and find him to be one of the most entertaining wrestlers in the world, but Danielson has had the better matches and is much more reliable. He is also very good as both a face and a heel, whereas AJ just isn't the same when he's not face, as Steve mentioned. He relies on being face to get the fans into his matches.

If people need it explained, they either haven't seen Danielson, or have their head so far up Styles' ass it'd be a waste of time to argue with them.

lol. Erm.......I may have voted for Styles. But before I get absolutely slaughtered by everyone just hear me out.lol. I haven't seen much of Danielson, yes he's an amazing wrestler. But AJ for over 2 years in my eyes carried an entire conmpany and made it what it is today. His matches in the early days of TNA have been the cornerstone and have given fans the impression of this is what modern day wrestling needs to be like.
His matches have been an inspiration to not only the TNA fans but the wrestling world today. I believe that's worthy of a vote or two................ok now you can slaughter my hopeless speech.lol.

I believe it's a very credible accomplishment to basically go to a no name in 2002 to a worldwide star in 2005 at least in wrestling terms anyway. TNA are the 2nd biggest company in the world (no matter if you like them or not) and they now have global TV coverage. I know Danielson is a great wrestler. But who's made the biggest impact in the professional wrestling scene? AJ by far.
