"War" Storylines
Why is it that every company has to have this "war" withing it's self? WCW had the NWO, WWE had the NWO but also WCW Invasion. TNA has Frontline/Mafia war. What with these?

Are you talking about feuding factions or feuding companies? Both angles are loved because its a feud on huge scales. 1v1 feuds are done all the time. It is rare to see 3v3 or 4v4, or even 4vsCompany.

I am talking about factions. Why is it that Management always has to be again the stars, or the legends against the young guys. Ect.

Exactly.

And its not always Stars vs. Newcomers. There's many faction that have one or two stars, then one or two newcomers. Evolution is a great example. Batista and Orton may have never rose to main event status without Evolution. Well Orton may have, but probably not Batista.

Its a cheap and effective ways to make new stars.

Factions wars is an easy way to showcase more men. Wrestlers like The Rock probably wouldn't have become a star after the Rocky Maivia bomb had it not been for the Nation of Domination. After the massive success of the nWo, every company realizes how productive it can be. Which is why TNA had the Tradition vs S.E.X. early on in the company's history.
