Whats required of you? Simply put them in the order you feel is most important. We are talking about the belt linage so it doesnt matter about name changes/changes to the phisical belt.

Take into account:
ROH is straight forward.
TNA is from June 2007. So far only Kurt Angle, Sting & Samoa Joe have held it.
WWE Raw is going back to the WWWF days.
WWE Smackdown! is going back to WCW.
WWE ECW is going back to ECW.
NWA is going back a really long time & includes the TNA reigns prior to June 2007.

Couple thoughts on why I've gone with what I have. First, there's little question in my mind that RAW holds the most prestige. It's been around and active the longest, with the most people watching.. Key word, active. That's a reason why I have NWA knocked down to the 5 slot because its hard to even pay attention to. SD! has been around longer than TNA, so it gets the nod for now.. no real difference between the two at this point.

The NWA title goes back to 1908. The current version 1948. The title currently used for Raw only goes back to 1963.

The longest inactive period for NWA title was about a year when WCW was formed & there was a dispute about the champion.

I'm well aware of that information. My point was the title is hard to find unless you go well out of your way to find out where its being defended.

Mostly NWA Pro which i think is in California. I didnt have to go out of my way to find that. Finding the venue might be a bit harder tho.

Well, I'm only being fair here.. If it was easier for the every day fan to understand what's going on with the belt, I'd have ranked it higher because I understand the history behind it.

I get your point but what i dont get is how its hard to understand the situation.

Because.. there are a thousand different territories. Who is booking these matches, why are they taking place, where are they taking place, how are people receiving title shots and being awarded the numbe one contender etc..

Thats the easiest aspect imo. There are actualy only about 30 NWA territories & 1 in the UK. Out of the 30 at most 10 of them run regular shows. The Champion tours the states defending against the top guy. How each territory decides who that is is up to them. The same as it was before WCW came into existance only smaller.
