canadian destroyer - cos it looks cool more than anything
RKO - the variations of the build up or the ability to pull it out of nowhere suddenly is awesome
crippler crossface - again, the ability to pull it out suddenly is awesome
sharpshooter - cos i'm a bret hart mark

I generally prefer submission finishers.

The Crossface was always my favourite. Sharp Shooter and Ankle Lock too.

But I also love the out of nothing ones like Sweet Chin Music or Stone Cold Stunner.

But obviously the curb stomp is the best one!

I think you're forgetting the heart punch...I can hear JR building it up on commentary in my head right now "so lethal, so deadly, so sudden...oh and there it is!...the heart punch...will anybody be able to find a counter to that deadly, DEADLY manouver?"

In response to the thread on the best finisher, I would like to see what you guys think is the worst finisher is...

for me, it's a tossup between:
Warrior's Running Splash - it just seemed anti climatic after all the running around that he did
Hogan's Legdrop - especially when people like taker, kane and big daddy V do it. what make's HOgan's legdrop any better? does he half super tough quads and calf muscles?
Jarrett's stroke - it just looks odd when all the oponent has to do is put out their hands to reduce the impact

any other thoughts?

Yes yes. All of those above are very poor.

Obviously, I'm also thinking of the FU as pretty bad. And the Rock Bottom. I don't like the Angle Slam but it usually leads into the ankle lock which is awesome.

Always loved the Stunner but hate the RKO/Diamond Cutter where the "giver" flies up in the air. Just looks a tad gay! Which is not a bad thing?

I hate the gogoplata (though it did get over at Mania). It was just so sloppily done with the way Taker mostly would have his own shoulders down too.

It's not that I don't like the mandible claw, but I dislike the way people have taken it over the years. They should be (as they originally were) putting up a real fight to get out before fading. Whenever Foley has done it in recent years the opponents seem to just black out in a few seconds.

I don't really get why people hate on Hogan's legdrop. You have a 300 pounder dropping all of his weight across your neck. Personally, I find it one of the more realistic moves around.
