IPW:UK Crown New Tag Team Champions In The Final Match Of The Year!
» In the last match of the IPW:UK year, after 18 previous main shows, we crowned a new set of Tag Team champions yesterday at the Colchester Hippodrome, as Dragon Phoenix and Bubblegum (subbing for the injured Spud) fell to their foreign foes – Swiss Money Holding, comprised of “The Most Money Making Man” Double C (Claudio Castagnoli) and “The Permanent Profit Producing Partner" Ares.
This leaves IPW:UK in quite the quandary – as was publicised heavily on the internet beforehand, one half of Swiss Money Holding (Double C) has just been signed by the WWE. Luckily, having spoken to home promoter Felix Kohlenberg of wXw, he has pointed out that Swiss Money Holding do have a third member – “The Smart Strategic Swiss Shareholder” Marc Roudin. Since Castagnoli will be under WWE contract from 2007, Roudin will step in for all defences alongside Ares, for the foreseeable future.
With the card already heavily booked up for January 28th’s event, IPW:UK fans of Orpington can expect to catch their first glimpse of Ares & Roudin as of February 2007. Former Tag Champion Spud (currently injured and out for the rest of the year) has not been able to be reached for comment.

I found a poor man once
He was the age of fifty-three
He spoke about the government
And the thought of being free
What good does us reason if we fail to see?
What good does us freedom if we fail to be free
