Keiji Muto said that he would going to the U.S. during March and April 2007 as Great Muta. He didn't say who he would be working for, but he did claim that he would wrestling in New York and Los Angeles.
Could be interesting, theres alot of rumors of where Muto will be working, Some say it might be TNA branching out or ROH's Wrestlemania Tripleshot weekend. Ethier way it should be interesting, personaly I hope the Los Angeles date is a PWG show or to. Super Dragon or Davey Richards Vs The Great Muta would be something.

That news is widly regarded as just a story, yes Muto has Bad knees from all the moonsaults he used to do. but he keeps himself to 5 or 6 matches a year to keep himself in ring shape (see AJPW Summer Impact for his last match agaisnt tajiri which was good). plus if that news was true the Japanesse media would have been all over it. to this point it was just an american reporters word

Its also been announced that The Great Muta will be appearing at 1PW's No Turning back event on January the 13th going up against Sterling James Keenan in the mainevent... so the guy is def's confident that he can still work quality matches.
