Let's suppose you were shopping, working, or going to school. Any public place really works. Suppose you were walking/working/learning and something on the ground catches your eye, and after a few seconds you realize there's a wallet on the floor. You pick it up and there's fifty/one hundred dollars inside, credit cards, and picture ID of some sort. Do you take the wallet? Take the money? Take the credit cards? Take none of it? Leave it? Report it? Try to find the person who owns it?

That happened to me last week in the locker room.
I tooked the money, and gave it back to my friend who was standing there.
He didn't noticed the wallet was missing.
He noticed the money was missing.
He made me sad.

Take the money and turn the wallet into the store. I'm not noble, but I'm not stupid either. Getting caught taking money out a wallet is just petty theft, using credit cards is 10- 20 years.
