I'm having speaker problems as well. I have a logitech speakerphone for my mouse, but somehow when I play music it comes out of there rather then my speakers that I have hooked up.
you probably need to reinstall or update your sound card drivers/software. do you have any cds that came with the computer? if not, that's fine, we can always download them for free on the net.
