I'm totally with this too many accidents happened while people are texting or are on the phone like the big train crash that happened last year that took so many lives
i think cell phones are too much of a distraction

I'm fine with hands free being okay, but anything else, texting, calling etc....yep, pass a law and ban it!

I think it's re-goddamn-diculous that we half to pass a law for every little thing these days. People should be smart enough to figure this out on their own.

You know yourself better than anyone else. You should know your own limitations. If you know you're an idiot and your brain can't handle doing more than one thing at a time, then don't try to.....But what am I saying? You're already an idiot aren't you? You're not going to be able to figure this out on your own, now are you? Thus, we need the laws.

It's shit like this that makes so pessimistic. People are too lazy to even THINK for themselves these days.
