Blagojevich names lawyer to Obama Senate seat

Ignoring warnings from within his own party not to make an appointment, Blagojevich named former Illinois Attorney General and fellow Democrat Roland Burris, 71, to the seat vacated by President-elect Obama, also a Democrat.
