FLMA is the most abused shit in the US. It sickens me to see so many people go out on it at my company. Most employees here use it as another 2 weeks vacation.

Just about everyone does it here. It's pathetic.

Do you have diabetics in your office that routinely call off every Monday and Friday? That seems to be an abused one here.

What's even more humorous is that you'll be out at the bar, with a diabetic, and they go wild eating wings and drinking beer. Then they call off the following day at work!

I stay out of everyone's business. People call out at work all the time, don't do shit while they're there, etc.. but I don't care.. the boss catches on and they're gone..

Yeah, that's a problem.. We do have a few people who are 'out there'.. I'm not really sure what their disability is, but I'm sure the school is careful about how they deal with them. The regular..'normal' people seem to fuck off more, though.. lol
